Nestled in the midst of the New Forest, we welcome you to our purpose-built Pilates Studio - the perfect setting for rejuvenating your body and mind.
Pilates Studio New Forest was established by expert pilates instructor Louisa Daniels - designed as a woodland haven for movement, meditation, fitness, and wellbeing.
Classes take place in our bespoke teaching room, bathed in natural light and overlooking the local countryside. Whichever class you attend, this beautiful space gives you the freedom to leave your day at the door and fully immerse yourself in your practice.

We offer three membership plans designed to bring flexibility to your goals and timetable - from single-class memberships, unlimited access to every discipline, or dedicated teacher training programs.

Our Flexible Memberships
Our monthly membership gives you access to one session a week from our extensive range of classes for total flexibility - meaning you can try out different sessions and disciplines whenever it suits.
Being a monthly member, also gives you the extra benefit of booking extra half price classes when you feel like an extra push.
Alternatively you can drop into a class and see if it's for you, with no obligation to sign up to a membership.
And if you’re not local to the New Forest, don’t worry. We also offer an online membership so you join our Pilates classes from anywhere in the world via Zoom.
