First time with us? Try a class and see if it's for you, with no obligation to sign up to a membership. If you’d like to continue with us, you can join one of our memberships either in-person or online. All three are designed to give you plenty of flexibility in your routine and exercise goals.
Can’t make a class? We offer an online class swap system, or you can join us via video stream - so you can still practice with us in your own time.

Our monthly membership gives you access to one session a week from our extensive range of classes for total flexibility - meaning you can try out different sessions and disciplines whenever it suits.
Being a monthly member, also gives you the extra benefit of booking extra half price classes when you feel like an extra push.
Don’t worry if you’re not local to PSNF. We also offer an online membership so you join our Pilates classes from anywhere in the world via Zoom.
Sign up for a single class membership, and you’ll secure a place in the class of your choice every week at the same time. If you’d occasionally like to swap to a different class, you can do so easily with our online class swap portal.
Our expert tutors will work with you to assemble a unique training programme based on your individual goals, fitness level, and availability. Includes regular check-ins to ensure you’re getting the best from your programme.
